Social Media Manager / Copywriter.
You will not edit reels or design thumbnails. You decide what the brand says, in what voice, with what hook, and then you write it. Strategy and writing are one job, not two.
You work directly with the founders and with the production and media team.
The role starts as part-time freelance, with a fast path to full-time if things go well.
Our position is simple: AI does not replace people, but people who know how to use AI replace those who do not. This decade will prove it. We want to be on the right side of history and we are looking for collaborators who already think the same way.
Note: this role is focused on writing and strategy. It does not include design or video editing.

Write copy for every format.
Daily posts, captions, reel scripts, scripts for top-tier AI video productions, ad copy for paid campaigns. Volume matters, voice matters more.
Run content strategy for the brands you work on.
You turn the client's brand, goals, and audience into a content plan that delivers results, not a calendar full of empty posts.
Use AI tools every day.
Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, and whichever new tool is leading this week. We use them seriously, not for show. You should already be doing the same.
Work shoulder to shoulder with production and media.
Your scripts become a video in a couple of days, your ad copy goes live the same week it is written. You see the result of every word you write fast.
Iterate week to week on real data.
We do not build six-month strategies. We build, measure, adjust. Your work gets feedback from the market, not from a meeting.

You get a brief and return copy with a point of view, voice, and a hook, not a generic press release.
Authentic copy even when AI is in your workflow.
AI can sit anywhere in your process (research, outlining, drafts, editing) and the final text still reads like a human sat down and wrote every word. Faceless AI output that screams "AI" does not go out under your name.
You actively use AI tools every day.
You already use Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini for parts of your writing, and you know what they are good at and where they fall short. If you do not yet but want to learn, write that too.
Experience writing for social and digital campaigns.
You have written for the feed (captions, hooks, reel scripts, ad copy) and you know the difference between writing for a brochure and writing for someone scrolling with their thumb.
Strategic thinking, not just execution.
You look at a brand and tell us what its content should be doing, not just deliver whatever lands in the brief.
You scale your output.
You would rather ship ten good pieces this month than polish one for the whole month. The next ten will teach you more than the perfect one ever could.
Nice to have, not required.
- Experience writing copy for growing brands and building brand voice. Freelance client, project from a previous job, or a brand you built yourself.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads. You have written ad copy, run campaigns, and optimized them until the numbers became profitable.
- A personal brand, newsletter, or content project you started yourself and that found an audience organically.
- A clear point of view on AI in marketing that you can defend.
